Center for integration and community development

BACI’s core values emphasize inclusiveness and openness, and we have a commitment to providing culturally and linguistically appropriate services in response to the emerging needs in the community. We have enhanced our basic needs and humanitarian assistance and mental health related services while also joining the resettlement community in the US to welcome Burmese, Afghan, and Ukrainian refugees and newcomers, reflecting the Hoosiers’ hospitality and the American leadership. All our services are open to all eligible individuals and families regardless of their ethnicity, religion, or race.

To be more effective in the process of the implementation of the vision, approaches and strategy, BACI established the Center for Integration and Community Development (CICD) in 2016 through which our employment services, social and human services, and other basic needs assistance are delivered. Through CICD, since 2021, we have already served new arrivals and immigrants coming from various countries of origin around the world.
